      Fruity Smoothie

      Serves: 2 small smoothies        Prep time: 5 mins

      Ingredients

      • 125g natural yoghurt
      • ½ punnet blueberries or handul of strawberries
      • ½ Banana
      • 200ml growing up milk
      • Ice

      Method

      Blend all ingredients together. Serve to your toddler in a non-lidded beaker with a straw. If the smoothie is thick, they can eat it with a spoon.
