- 125g natural yoghurt
- ½ punnet blueberries or handul of strawberries
- ½ Banana
- 200ml growing up milk
Blend all ingredients together. Serve to your toddler in a non-lidded beaker with a straw. If the smoothie is thick, they can eat it with a spoon.
This quick snack is high in vitamin D to support healthy bones and vitamins C & E to support the immune system.
You could also freeze the smoothie as ice-pops in summer!
