- 1 pear
- 2 tsp Baby's usual milk (if needed)
- Wash and peel the pear.
- Cut into quarters, remove core and seeds and chop into small pieces.
- Place in a saucepan, cover with water and cook very gently on a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, drain, allow to cool slightly and blend to desired consistency adding a few teaspoons of milk if a runnier consistency is required.
This is delicious stirred through some baby porridge. Once baby has tried various individual flavours on their own why not try a mixed fruit puree?
