      It is best for both you and your partner to give up smoking when you are trying to concieve. This is easier said then done but there are places you can go to get help.

      For women – smoking can induce early menopause and menstrual problems. For men – smoking can cause abnormalities in sperm morphology and motility.  Scary I know…

      By giving up before you try for a baby you will already be on the road to a healthier pregnancy. Life for a baby in the womb of a smoker is also very difficult and can cause a vast array of complications for baby for example poor growth. So by giving up before you try for a baby you will already be on the road to a healthier pregnancy.
