Easy Banana & Avocado Mash
Serves: 3 portions

- 1 banana (small)
- ½ avocado (ripe)
- Peel the banana and remove the stone and skin from the avocado.
- Chop both into small pieces and mash with a fork to desired consistency adding some of baby’s usual milk or cooled boiled water if a runnier texture is needed.
This is an easy no-cook meal for when out and about. Avocados have a delicious creamy texture and are rich in lots of nutrients. You can also add in some natural yoghurt for a creamier consistency.
