      Carrot puree















      Carrot Puree

      Serves: 2 portions


      • 1 carrot (Medium)
      • 2 tbsp Baby's usual milk


      1. Wash and peel the carrot.
      2. Chop into slices.
      3. Place in a saucepan and cover with a small amount of water.
      4. Boil on a low heat until tender. Alternatively you can steam the carrot for 8-10 minutes until soft.
      5. Allow to cool slightly then blend together with the milk adding more liquid if necessary.


      This recipe can be used as a base for future recipes when your baby is accepting more flavours. Prepare other vegetables in the same way and puree together.
