Feeling nervous, stressed and anxious are all very normal with your first pregnancy. There are a few simple things, again, that you can do to help alleviate these stresses. Take a long walk, read a book, relax with your friends and enjoy this time that you are pregnant. It is also very important to try and avoid the stories the friends will tell you about their birth. Every birth is individual and no two are the same. So try and avoid the negativity, and listen to the positive birthing stories.
