Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 slice Wholemeal Bread

Directions

  1. Peel and mash ½ an avocado until it is of a spreadable consistency.
  2. Boil the egg in a saucepan until hard, then remove the shell and in a bowl mash it up with a fork.
  3. Toast the bread and spread the avocado on it, followed by the egg on top.
