If their newfound agility makes nappy changing more tricky, moving the changing mat down onto the floor will avoid any accidents and never leave them alone for any length of time.
If you can manage to get some time during the day use it to prepare some nutritious family meals that you can freeze. Its reassuring to know that you can pull these out of the freezer if you have a busy day or if you just don't feel like cooking.
