BENEFIT

This is a healthy alternative to cream or mayonnaise based dips. It is a source of protein for you and your growing baby and also Vitamin B12 which plays a role in activating folate in the body*.

Ingredients

  • 125ml low fat plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil ((extra virgin))
  • 5g seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and serve.
  2. Can be refrigerated in a closed container for up to a week.
  3. Serve with vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, peppers), pitta bread fingers or wholegrain tortilla chips or crackers.
