Ingredients

  • 1 apple (unpeeled, quartered, core removed)
  • 72g oats (rolled)
  • 250ml natural or low fat fruit yogurt
  • 30g flaked almonds
  • 18g pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 100g blueberries (to serve)
  • 100g raspberries (to serve)

Directions

  1. Coarsely grate the apple. Mix the grated apple, rolled oats, half the yogurt and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Add in the flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Mix well, separate into bowls and serve topped with the remaining yogurt, raspberries and blueberries.
