It’s the Christmas season and the party invites are piling up! So whether you’re pregnant or alcohol is not your thing, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some festive tipples!  I’ve put together a few recipes for some non-alcoholic cocktails. These should get you started but be creative! Make up your own mocktails by mixing your favourite fruit juices, making fruit purees mixed with sparkling water, or buying bottles of non-alcoholic drinks in your local supermarket. There are loads of exciting drinks available rather than just having a glass of water or a mineral. You can buy non-alcoholic mulled wine, fruity sparkling drinks and non-alcoholic beers and cocktail mixes.

  • 60ml cranberry juice
  • 60ml sparkling or soda water

  • Tall glass

Method: Pour the ingredients into a tall glass and stir. Add ice and garnish the glass with a slice of lime or some berries.

Enjoy some Festive Spicy Punch for Christmas parties

Try an easy Mojito Mocktail

  • 3 Limes
  • Soda water
  • Small bunch of mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 glasses

Method: Crush the mint leaves together with the sugar in a separate bowl. Squeeze the limes. Add some ice to each glass and split the lime juice evenly between the two glasses. Add the mint leaves into the glasses and top up with soda water. Stir and enjoy!
