Choosing fruits and vegetables that are in season, gives you the freshest, best quality at the best value for money. Everyone should be aiming to get their 5 a day – fruit and veg are packed with vitamins and minerals. Particularly coming into the winter months vitamins such as vitamin A, B6, B12 and C all support a healthy immune system.  So pop down to your local supermarket or farmers market and pick up some of these seasonal fruit and veg.
