Well, morning sickness and nausea is very normal in pregnancy, and the good news is it will normally subside around 14 to 16 weeks. Unfortunately, no, there is no cure for it, but there are a few changes that you can make. The advice is that you would eat very small but regular meals throughout the day. Try and avoid fatty foods or greasy foods. Also, some women find that eating ginger and drinking peppermint tea also helps with their morning sickness.
